Horizon recently provided financial support to the victims of the earthquake that devastated Padang and surrounding areas in West Sumatra on 30th September 2009.

Horizon will release the latest version of GIMS (GIMS Suite 2009) during November 2009 to all current clients. This version contains a number of new Explorer and Library features requested by our clients and also contains a new Project application (replacing Workset).

Horizon have entered into an informal arrangement with Envirogene, a UK based company, to promote and undertake surface geochemistry studies using the Petrogene™ microbial DNA technique for microseep identification and characterisation.
